Meet the Youngs

Before I got married, my maiden name was Smith.  I was Sarah Smith.  Talk about "plain Jane."  I dreamed of growing up and having a new exotic, or at least interesting, last name once I met the man of my dreams and walked down the aisle.  And what did I get?  Young.

At least I can say "I'll always be young at heart."  

And one thing is for certain, "I'll be forever young," as I am happily married to my best friend and blessed beyond words to get to travel on this journey called life with my husband by my side.

My name is Sarah (that didn't change when I got married), and my husband is Lawrence (he didn't change his name when we got married either).

We have 3 beautiful girls - Coralyn (4), Kellah (2), and Kyiah (0).  We decided our children would have more unique names that ours.  

We're just an ordinary family.  Lawrence teaches 3rd grade.  I'm a stay-at-home mom and run a small in-home daycare.  I also teach natural childbirth classes.  Our girls love pink and all things princess. There's nothing truly special about us.  

We may be common, but we seek to live out the uncommon.  We aim to show that with God the impossible is actually possible.  And we invite you to join us in this amazing journey.   We can learn and grow together.  And help each other keep it real along the way.
